This website is operated by MK-MAD Professional Group LLC dba Prestige Garage Door Services, a garage door service company operating in the Las Vegas Valley, Nevada. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect the name, phone number, email address, service type, area and message you choose to give us. We collect this because it is the information we need in order to respond to your request and quote the work.

We also collect standard analytics information about how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and roughly where in the world the visit came from. This is aggregate information and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

We use the details you send to contact you about your enquiry, to arrange and carry out work, and to keep a record of the job. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your enquiry is stored in our customer management system so that whoever picks up your job has the details you gave us.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the pages. Google sets cookies in your browser to do this. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, and the site will continue to work normally.

We do not use advertising cookies to build a profile of you across other websites.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them for the work, for our accounts, and for any warranty on the work carried out. After that they are deleted.

Nevada residents have the right under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A to tell us not to sell their covered information. We do not sell it, but you are welcome to make that request on the record.
